Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If there is any unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We proudly use The Courier Guy for all nationwide deliveries, ensuring fast and secure shipping to your door.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

1–5 working days for all major cities and towns within South Africa.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your The Courier Guy tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery online.

Smilescape cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate the matter with The Courier Guy.
